Creating a gtr999 account is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Visit the Register, fill in basic details such as your username, password, email address, and active phone number. Verify your phone number via the OTP code sent by SMS, and your account will be ready to use immediately. No document upload is required to start playing, but full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.

The minimum age to register and play at GTR999 is 18 years and above. GTR999 adheres to responsible gaming guidelines and does not permit underage individuals to use our platform. During the KYC verification process, a user's age will be confirmed through valid identity documents. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately.

No, each user is only permitted to hold one gtr999 account. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of gtr999's terms of use and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, including any fund balances within them. If you have forgotten your existing login details, use the "Forgot Password" function or contact gtr999 customer support for assistance.

For gtr999 KYC verification, you will need to provide a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) — front and back — along with a selfie photo holding the card. In some cases, proof of address such as a recent bank statement or utility bill may also be requested. The KYC review process is typically completed within 24 hours on business days.

Log in to your gtr999 account, then go to "Account Settings" or "Security" in your profile panel. Select "Change Password", enter your current password, followed by your new password and confirmation. A strong password contains at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Once saved, you will need to log in again using your new password.

Deposit & Payments

Everything you need to know about funding your gtr999 account safely and quickly.

GTR999 accepts a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including online bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All deposit methods are available 24 hours a day and processed near-instantly to give you immediate access to your deposited funds.

The minimum deposit at GTR999 is as low as RM 20 for most payment methods. This low threshold allows more Malaysian players to enjoy our platform without committing to a large upfront amount. There is no strict daily maximum, though limits may vary depending on the payment method chosen and your account tier.

Deposits via online bank transfer and digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay are typically processed within 1 to 5 minutes. Crypto deposits take slightly longer, depending on the number of blockchain confirmations required — usually between 10 and 30 minutes. If funds have not arrived after 30 minutes, contact GTR999 support with your transaction proof for an immediate review.

GTR999 does not charge any processing fees for member deposits. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may apply transaction fees under their own terms of service — this is beyond GTR999's control. For the smoothest deposit experience with no additional charges, we recommend using digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay.

Withdrawal Funds

The gtr999 withdrawal process is designed to be straightforward and fast. Here are frequently asked questions about withdrawals.

gtr999 withdrawal requests that meet all requirements are processed within 1 to 24 hours. Most withdrawals via bank transfer and digital wallets are completed within 3 to 6 hours on business days. Withdrawals made on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer. Crypto withdrawals are typically faster — between 30 minutes and 2 hours after approval.

The minimum withdrawal at gtr999 is RM 50 for most payment methods. Daily maximum withdrawal limits vary by membership tier — regular members can withdraw up to RM 10,000 per day, while VIP members enjoy higher limits. To increase your withdrawal limit, ensure your account KYC is fully verified and your account remains consistently active.

gtr999 withdrawals may be delayed or rejected for several reasons: (1) account KYC has not been fully verified, (2) bonus wagering requirements have not been met, (3) bank account details do not match the gtr999 account holder's name, (4) suspicious activity has been detected on the account, or (5) the daily withdrawal limit has been reached. Please check your KYC status and bonus requirements before contacting support if your request is rejected.

Yes, you can cancel a withdrawal request that is still in "Pending" or "Under Review" status through your gtr999 account panel. Once a request is in "Processing" or "Approved" status, cancellation is no longer possible. Cancelled funds will be instantly credited back to your gtr999 account balance for use in games or to submit a new withdrawal request.

Wagering requirements or rollover determine how many times you must wager the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. Requirements vary by bonus type — typically between 15x and 30x the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a RM 50 bonus with a 20x rollover requirement, you must wager RM 1,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn. Check the full terms of each promotion on the Promotions.

If you have already accepted a bonus and wish to cancel it, contact gtr999 customer support — however, please note that any wins earned using bonus funds will also be voided if the bonus is cancelled before the requirements are fulfilled.
